Blue Chalcedony
Aquamarine is known for its tranquil blue to blue-green hues. It’s a variety of the mineral beryl. The name aquamarine comes from the Latin words “aqua” (water) and “marina” (of the sea). The stone is takes after its color and is associated with the sea and believed to have a calming and soothing energy. The quality best aquamarine stones come from Brazil, Madagascar and Pakistan.

This piece is made from recycled gold, this means the gold is reclaimed from previously owned jewellery, which is then melted and newly refined. This way we limit the impact of our production on our planet and its communities.

We take pride in that our collaborations have a direct positive impact on them and their community.

Once your order is complete, we will start creating your piece. Sometimes we have a little stock but mostly each design is made-to-order. If so please allow 6-8 weeks for us to create your unique Sophie Joanne piece. We will always contact you to inform you about the timeline.

Almost every piece is made-to-order. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds at this time, but you are welcome to either return pieces for store credit or exchange pieces for an item of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase.
