This refined earring features a large pear-shaped London blue topaz which catches the light beautifully. Blue topaz is believed to promote truth and forgiveness, relaxing the spirit as well as the body.
Dangling below is a carnation-shaped crystal, hand-carved by an expert artisan, using an age-old, stone-carving technique. Crystal is known as a powerful and healing stone, it is great for meditation as it clarifies thought processes.
The poetical design of the carnation is inspired by the works of Claude LaLanne(1924), who is known for her forms of decorative flora and fauna, drawing from Surrealism and Art Nouveau.
This piece is handmade from 14-karat recycled gold in our Atelier in Amsterdam. All gemstones are natural and hand carved, therefore there may be a slight variation in color, shape, and weight of the product.
